Pre-requisites: Familiar with split grip, bracket grip and strong hold. Some heels experience.

Advanced Pole Flow Combo

Learn a dynamic flow with Claudia at the base of your pole. Must be comfortable in a twisted grip handstand.

“Patrona” Exotic Choreography

Learn another signature choreo piece from Claudia! This one is to a half Spanish, half English song. “Patrona” by Lao Ra. Appropriate for intermediate-advanced levels! Heels and knee pads encouraged. Tutorial starts with a heels warm up!

-2 Part Routine where the movement is broken down first, then again with musical cues
-Each Part is danced to the music & we complete class by running it all together

“I Like It” Exotic Choreography

This tutorial is for beginner exotic dancers! You will learn fan kicks, descending body rolls, and flowing in a routine in deep detail! We will be dancing to “I Like It” by Cardi B. Strap those heels on and let’s learn this spicy routine!
What it includes:

-2 Part Routine. The run through of each section will be from a front angle and back angle.
-Each section explained in detail, then practiced with musical cues, then danced with the music

“Hungry” Exotic Choreography

Learn this Advanced Exotic routine to “Hungry” by Fergie. This routine is fast and full of powerful movement! Knee pads and heels encouraged! We will go through the harder elements of the routine first, then break down the full routine into 3 parts and perform them together.
