Think Leg Hooks, Hip Holds, Illusion Hand Stands and more. Jeni is known for her organic, erotic leg dominate static rotation flow and Liquid Motion floor work. You get access to both in this class and learn a movement phrase that spins, twirls and undulates all on the first 5 feet of your pole. Jeni provides modifications necessary to challenge the most advanced movement artist and accommodate newer pole dancers.
Prerequisite: MUST HAVE SOLID INSIDE AND OUTSIDE LEG HOOK & INVERTED CRUCIFIX.
Shoes are optional.
– Level: Intermediate
– Class run will be 60-75 minutes
– Live attendance is not required
– Late attendees more than 10 minutes will not be admitted into class
– A recording will be sent within 24 hours of class ending
