Our heel tech Queen will teach you aesthetically pleasing ways to use your heels around the pole with an emphasis on ankle strength and upper body engagement to help you stay light on your feet. You will end class by putting every sequence together in a never-ending flow. Heels required. Knee pads encouraged.
