This class offers a variety of flowy twizzles, dynamic transitions, floor based pole flows, dynamic landings etc. Suitable for students of Intermediate level and above who have experience dancing in pole heels. Students must be confident in basic spins and lifts such as fan kick, upright straddle etc.
