Flow State Twist and Turns Oct 2022

This flow sequence class will teach you how to twist and turn around the base of your pole with ease while placing an emphasis on level changes, threads and pirouettes. All sequences will be danced together in a never-ending flow to finish class. Heels and knee pads highly encouraged.
