Elena Anishchenko: Steel Choreo July 2025

This class blends elements of exotic dance with pole techniques with a focus on body confidence and elevating your skill level at the base of the pole. Participants will learn a captivating routine that incorporate fluid movements, static spins and tricks. This class encourages you to embrace your unique style while enhancing flexibility and strength.

Prerequisites: shoulder and/or forearm stands, shoulder rolls, fluid pirouettes
