Beginner Heels Flow

Slink and flow in your stripper heels with Claudia as she guides you through a 2 part beginner friendly sequence that includes 2 spins and flow around the base of your pole. We will go through a quick 2 minute shoulder warm up to begin. If your body requires more for this sequence, please warm up prior to taking this tutorial. Start with heels on.

Pre-requisites: Semi-comfortable in beginner spins
