You get access to both in this class and learn a movement phrase that spins, twirls, and undulates all on the first 5 feet of your pole. Jeni provides modifications to challenge the most advanced movement artist and accommodate newer pole dancers.
Prerequisite: solid inside and outside leg hook and inverted crucifix required. Shoes are optional.
