You will be encouraged to move at your own pace. This week’s focus will be pirouettes & turns & wraps. Knee pads encouraged. Heels or socks welcome!
– All levels are welcome
– Class run will be 60-75 minutes
– Live attendance is not required
– Late attendees more than 10 minutes will not be admitted into class
– A recording will be sent within 24 hours of class ending
– Ticket price is per person. Please no screen sharing
