Spin your way into the ether and gift yourself presence on spin. You will be given low & mid spin pole sequences to dance and enjoy. Perfect for those who want to add a little more magic to the fundamentals of inversions and climbs, while exploring shapes, posture, and alignment. Class is accessible on a pole stage as well as mounted poles.Pre-requisites: comfort with aerial inversions and climbs required.
– Intermediate+ levels are welcome
– Class run will be 60-75 minutes.
– Live attendance is not required.
– Late attendees more than 10 minutes will not be admitted into class.
– A recording will be sent within 24 hours of class ending.
– Ticket price is per person. Please no screen sharing.
