Poler Abi: Werk & Flow Russian Style Choreo (INT)

This choreography class will incorporate both sides of Russian Style: Flow & Hard.

Flow, where movement seamlessly melts from one transition to the next, paying close attention to musicality, and clean lines in legwork.

Hard, while still merged with the strong foundations of flow, is more trick heavy, fast paced, and overall more energetic & edgier.
When the two worlds collide this class challenges your endurance and attention to detail as a pole dancer. Modifications & progressions will be given

– Int  levels are welcome.
– Class run will be 60-75 minutes.
– Live attendance is not required.
– Late attendees more than 10 minutes will not be admitted into class.
– A recording will be sent within 24 hours of class ending.
– Ticket price is per person. Please no screen sharing.
– Class time/date is subject to change.
