The countdown is ON—class is officially tomorrow! I’ve been looking forward to dancing in L.A. again, and I can already tell… it’s going to be a whole vibe.

Feel free to wear vibrant colors—that’s the vision I’m seeing for this choreo. But more than anything, I want you to feel amazing in what you wear. If you already have a look you love, rock it! Confidence is the best accessory.

If you haven’t listened to the song yet, please give it a few spins before class: “Change Your Mind”-Britney Spears. We’re dancing closely with the lyrics and piano, so tuning into those elements will help a ton when learning the choreography.

Class Mood: You know how much I care about matching the energy of a song. For this one, come ready to channel your most confident, flirtatious, and empowered self. The choreography is all about owning your desire, being unapologetically bold, and inviting someone to let go of their inhibitions. The phrase “no seas cortés” which repeats throughout the song means “don’t be shy,” which captures the sultry, fearless vibe we’re embodying.

I’ve also opened up a few extra spots, so feel free to invite a friend to join the magic. My favorite videographer flew in partially to capture this class—so let’s show out and give her all the energy!
