In this class, students will focus on pole elements and flow moves. Participants will learn a variety of grounded pole tricks, tailored for their skill level, as well as short pole flow sequences on both sides. Get ready for high energy and impressive results!
– High Int/Adv levels are welcome.
– Class run will be 60-75 minutes.
– Live attendance is not required.
– Late attendees more than 10 minutes will not be admitted into class.
– A recording will be sent within 24 hours of class ending.
– Ticket price is per person. Please no screen sharing.
