Ready to level up your basework and heels technique? Join Claudia in person for a 4-hour deep dive into the world of heels at Rise Pole Fitness in Sacramento! This intensive is designed for intermediate to advanced pole dancers looking to refine their technical skills, expand their movement vocabulary, and embody power and flow in every step.
Part 1: Heels Technique & Flow (1:00PM–3:00PM)
Learn the fundamentals of heels safety, alignment, and aesthetic—plus signature basework techniques that build confidence and clean execution.
Break (3:00PM-3:30PM)
Take a breather, refuel, and get ready for part two.
Part 2: Combos & Choreography (3:30PM–5:30PM)
Put your new tools into motion with dynamic combos and an empowering heels choreo sequence designed to challenge and inspire.
Knee pads
Heels (8″ recommended)
Ankle boots suggested for extra support, sandals for more experienced dancers
This intensive is best suited for dancers who are:
Comfortable with pirouettes, one-handed spins, pole-assisted handstands, and shoulder stands
Familiar with a variety of grips: split, funky, true, cup, princess, and strong hold
Working at an intermediate or advanced level
