Lauren Elise: Dirty Base Tricks & Transitions (INT/ADV)

Join U.K. based instructor, Lauren Elise as she guides you through creative tricks and twirls around the lower third of the pole with these slinky basework phrases. Learn how to effectively work with the pole to control momentum, incorporate effortless direction changes and create crowd-pleasing sequences.

Kneepads, long socks or leg warmers are advised. Class can be done barefoot but heels (Pleaser or similar styles)are preferred.

Pre-requisites: Experience with shoulder rolls.

– Int/Adv  levels are welcome.
– Class run will be 60-75 minutes.
– Live attendance is not required.
– Late attendees more than 10 minutes will not be admitted into class.
– A recording will be sent within 24 hours of class ending.
– Ticket price is per person. Please no screen sharing.
– Class time/date is subject to change.
