Learn how to effectively work with the pole to control momentum, incorporate effortless direction changes and create crowd-pleasing sequences.
Kneepads, long socks or leg warmers are advised. Class can be done barefoot but heels (Pleaser or similar styles)are preferred.
Pre-requisites: Experience with shoulder rolls.
– Int/Adv聽 levels are welcome.
– Class run will be 60-75 minutes.
– Live attendance is not required.
– Late attendees more than 10 minutes will not be admitted into class.
– A recording will be sent within 24 hours of class ending.
– Ticket price is per person. Please no screen sharing.
– Class time/date is subject to change.
