Pre-Requisites: We recommend this class for students who are confident in weight transfer while wearing heels and who consistently train in heels during technique and conditioning sessions. Expect kips/drops/dash in this choreography class. Heels and kneepads required.
– Intermediate-Advanced Levels Welcome
– Class run will be 60-75 minutes.
– Live attendance is not required.
– Late attendees more than 10 minutes will not be admitted into class.
– A recording will be sent within 24 hours of class ending.
– Ticket price is per person. Please no screen sharing.
– Class time/date is subject to change.
