A technical class combining sexy acrobatic movements with balanced positions such as handstands, headstands, and shoulder stands. Learn how to add sensual movement and styling to these challenging positions, including leg waves, booty isolations, and other sexy accents. This class is all about strength, control, technique, and looking sexy while you do it.
Prerequisite: comfortable in pole-assisted handstands and headstands.

Shorts and a fitted top or sports bra work best for most classes. You need skin contact with the pole for grip, so avoid long pants, loose fabric, lotions, and oils. Many classes require heels and/or knee pads, and that will be noted in the class description above. Remove jewelry before class.
Late attendees (more than 10 minutes) will not be admitted to the live class. This protects the experience for students who arrive on time and ensures you don’t miss critical warm-up and instruction. You will still receive the recording.
