Seawindy: Edgework Exploration (INT/ADV)

In this workshop you will learn preparation exercises, key concepts and focused drills to help you make your edge work dreams a buttery reality! Starting with a basic sequence, we will be exploring different ways to develop on this sequence to give you the tools you need to start building and refining your own edgy flows. Indulge in all the intricacies; weight transfer, body articulation, breath and more, that turn each step into pure magic!

– Level: Intermediate+
– Class run will be 60-75 minutes.
– Live attendance is not required.
– Late attendees more than 10 minutes will not be admitted into class.
– A recording will be sent within 24 hours of class ending.
– Ticket price is per person. Please no screen sharing.
