Seawindy: Edgework Exploration (INT/ADV)

Make your edgework dreams a buttery reality. In this workshop, Seawindy guides you through preparation exercises, key concepts, and focused drills to build and refine your edge work skills. Starting with a basic sequence, you explore different ways to develop and expand on it, giving you the tools to start building your own edgy flows. Dive into the intricacies of weight transfer, body articulation, breath, and more that turn each step into pure magic.
