Step into the roots of pole dance with the Old School Queen herself. This choreography-based class takes you back to the foundations: sultry walking, solid pirouettes, fluid transitions, and classic spins. Este helps you build fluidity and musicality while teaching you the roots of stripper-style pole dancing. Whether you’re brand new or a seasoned dancer, this class sharpens the fundamentals that make everything else click.

– Class length: 60–75 minutes
– Live attendance is not required
– Late attendees (more than 10 minutes) will not be admitted
– A recording will be sent within 24 hours of class ending
