STRONG FOR POLE: FULL-BODY HOME WORKOUT
Build the strength behind your movement. 💪
Strong for Pole is a 90-minute full-body strength workout designed specifically for pole dancers, with a focus on building the strength, stability, and control that can support your pole practice and help you feel stronger in your movement.
No gym required. This accessible yet challenging workout uses your bodyweight and simple household items like a chair, water bottles, or a backpack filled with books for added resistance.
We’ll move through:
✨ Lower-body strength with functional movements like squats, lunges, and single-leg RDLs
✨ Glute activation & endurance with a Pilates-inspired burn
✨ Upper-body strength & stability targeting the shoulders, chest, upper and lower back, and rotator cuffs
✨ Core strength focusing on the abs, obliques, and hip flexors
Whether you’re looking to feel stronger in your climbs, holds, inversions, transitions, or simply want to build a stronger foundation for your pole practice, this workout is designed to meet you where you are while still challenging you to grow.
Come ready to get stronger, sweat a little, and build the kind of strength that translates to pole.

Frequently Asked Questions

No. Live attendance is not required. If you can’t make it, a recording of the full class will be sent to you. Registering for the class secures both your live spot and your recording.

A recording will be sent within 24 hours of the class ending. The recording is yours to keep, so you can revisit the class and practice as many times as you’d like.

Shorts and a fitted top or sports bra work best for most classes. You need skin contact with the pole for grip, so avoid long pants, loose fabric, lotions, and oils. Many classes require heels and/or knee pads, and that will be noted in the class description above. Remove jewelry before class.

Late attendees (more than 10 minutes) will not be admitted to the live class. This protects the experience for students who arrive on time and ensures you don’t miss critical warm-up and instruction. You will still receive the recording.

No. Each class ticket is for one person. Please no screen sharing. This supports our instructors and ensures every registered student gets the attention they deserve.

Class time and date are subject to change. If a change is made, registered students will be notified in advance.

No. Individual class tickets are available to everyone. If you take classes regularly, a membership may save you money. Learn about membership options.
