Pocket Theory is all about finding your groove, understanding musicality, and learning how to truly settle into movement. In this Heels choreography class, break down an expressive routine that blends intentional movement, fluid transitions, and moments of performance while exploring how to connect movement to the music rather than simply count through it.
Focus on understanding the intention behind the movement so you can build confidence, develop your own performance quality, and make the choreography feel authentic to you. Whether you’re looking to refine your heels technique or deepen your musicality, this class is designed to challenge you while remaining supportive. Variations and progressions offered throughout.

Shorts and a fitted top or sports bra work best for most classes. You need skin contact with the pole for grip, so avoid long pants, loose fabric, lotions, and oils. Many classes require heels and/or knee pads, and that will be noted in the class description above. Remove jewelry before class.
Late attendees (more than 10 minutes) will not be admitted to the live class. This protects the experience for students who arrive on time and ensures you don’t miss critical warm-up and instruction. You will still receive the recording.
