Expand your basework vocabulary while building strength, control, and creative confidence. Each session blends targeted conditioning with technical breakdowns to help you progress toward 1-2 acrobatic elements. Explore variations, pathways, and shapes within each skill, along with bite-sized low-flow ideas to seamlessly weave new basework tricks into your existing movement.
Prerequisites: confident inverts, leg hangs, and headstands, some handstand experience. Prepare to use 2 blocks and 1 resistance band for the conditioning section. Live attendance encouraged so Seawindy can spot you.

No. Live attendance is not required. If you can’t make it, a recording of the full class will be sent to you. Registering for the class secures both your live spot and your recording.
A recording will be sent within 24 hours of the class ending. The recording is yours to keep, so you can revisit the class and practice as many times as you’d like.
Shorts and a fitted top or sports bra work best for most classes. You need skin contact with the pole for grip, so avoid long pants, loose fabric, lotions, and oils. Many classes require heels and/or knee pads, and that will be noted in the class description above. Remove jewelry before class.
Late attendees (more than 10 minutes) will not be admitted to the live class. This protects the experience for students who arrive on time and ensures you don’t miss critical warm-up and instruction. You will still receive the recording.
