Heels Tricks & Flow Specialty Workshop March 2026

All about that base! Play with variety of Abi’s signature tricks & transitions in this 90 minute specialty workshop; tricks, twists, & drops. For the pole tricksters & heels lovers.
Pre-requisites: Comfortable in shoulder rolls, 1 arm hangs & can invert from the floor comfortably.
– Level: Intermediate+
– Class run will be 90 minutes.
– Live attendance is not required.
– Late attendees more than 10 minutes will not be admitted into class.
– A recording will be sent within 24 hours of class ending.
– Ticket price is per person. Please no screen sharing.
