Claudia teaches you one of her signature routines in this class, broken into a minimum of 3 sections. More time is spent on the dynamic elements of the routine and everything is taught in detail with musicality cues to help you follow along to the music. Knee pads and heels are highly encouraged.
– Level: Intermedatie-Advanced
– Class run will be 60-75 minutes.
– Live attendance is not required.
– Late attendees more than 10 minutes will not be admitted into class.
– A recording will be sent within 24 hours of class ending.
– Ticket price is per person. Please no screen sharing.
