In this class, the focus is on pole elements and flow moves. Learn a variety of grounded pole tricks as well as short pole flow sequences on both sides. Get ready for high energy and impressive results!
– Level: High Intermediate-Advanced
– Class run will be 60-75 minutes.
– Live attendance is not required.
– Late attendees more than 10 minutes will not be admitted into class.
– A recording will be sent within 24 hours of class ending.
