This class combines pole flow, floor work, and acrobatic elements on the floor and on the pole. Work on your elasticity, coordination, and conveying emotions while gaining strength and agility to develop a fluid pole flow with different dance elements, combinations, and transitions.
Pre-reqs: Comfortable in heels, pirouettes, one-armed spins, pull up on the pole.
What to wear: Heels (closed toe boots are best) and knee pads are required. For some elements we will need skin contact with the pole, have your pole shorts close by.
