Claudia will teach you one of her signature routines in this class and break it into a minimum of 3 sections where you will get to follow along with both front and back facing views. There will be more time spent on the dynamic elements of this routine and everything will be taught in detail with musicality cues to help you follow along to the music. Knee pads and heels are highly encouraged.
