Flip, float, and fly! Come learn some signature SydSiren handstand flips, cartwheels, and trick combos in this intermediate level workshop! Students will work on control and perfecting the small details of the movements. All tricks will have modifications for ease of learning.
– Heels suggested, knee pads required.
– Int levels are welcome
– Class run will be 60-75 minutes
– Live attendance is not required
– Late attendees more than 10 minutes will not be admitted into class
– A recording will be sent within 24 hours of class ending
– Ticket price is per person. Please no screen sharing
