If you ordered a class and didn’t receive the recording within 24 hours of class ending, please check your spam. If you still haven’t received it, email us at in**@**********rk.com
How long can I watch the class recording after receiving it?
If you download it within a week, it’s yours to keep.
Can I get a recording of a class after they happen?
Yes! You can order it at www.teambasework.com/product/class-recording and expect to receive within 24 hours of your order. Please include the name of the class and date on the checkout page.
What is the difference between Live Unlimited and Tutorials Unlimited?
With “Live Unlimited, you can access classes with all of our instructors in a live class setting. “Tutorials Unlimited” are pre-recorded shorter lessons you can take at your own pace.
How many classes per month can I register for with “Live Unlimited”?
All classes you see on our schedule for the month duration of your membership!
When you become a “Tutorials Unlimited” member, do you get automatic access to past tutorials?
Yes! You will get access to our entire tutorial arsenal.
