If you don’t already believe that God is a Woman by this point in your dance journey, let me remind you—you’re doing it wrong! Today, we’re bringing our girl power energy like never before because let’s be real: God is a woman, and we’re about to showcase that with every movement of our bodies. As women, we carry the incredible power of creation—literally the ability to bring life into this world. We balance countless roles, we nurture, we heal, and we do it all with emotional resilience and strength. We’re multitaskers, masters of flexibility, and statistically, we live longer and recover faster than men. We’ve got epic communication skills, unmatched empathy, and creativity in problem-solving. We trust our instincts and have an innate ability to nurture.

I could go on and on about how incredible we are, but I think you get the picture. Let’s bring this fierce, unstoppable energy into our dance today and remind ourselves that we are bad bitches who run the world. Knee pads are required, heels are encouraged, but socks are always welcome.
