Confident in all intermediate skills, plus the following:

  • Can hold a handstand against a wall/or pole for 15 seconds
  • Strong straight leg invert from the ground
  • Can confidently execute one-handed spins. Ex: reverse grab
  • Very comfortable in heels and pole flow
