Advanced Prerequisites
Confident in all intermediate skills, plus the following:
- Can hold a handstand against a wall/or pole for 15 seconds
- Strong straight leg invert from the ground
- Can confidently execute one-handed spins. Ex: reverse grab
- Very comfortable in heels and pole flow
