Claudia Renee: Sensual Embodiment FREE FLOOR CLASS (All Levels)

This free workshop is an all-levels floor-based class designed to help you reconnect with your sensuality, confidence, and innate power. Through intentionally guided, accessible movements, you’ll be invited to explore the art of feeling—rather than performing—using the floor as your partner. This class is rooted in embodiment, encouraging you to move from a place of presence and curiosity, rather than pressure or perfection. Whether you’re brand new to sensual movement or returning to your practice, this experience is a safe, supportive space to slow down, drop in, and let your body lead. Expect a grounding warm-up, guided sequences, and space to improvise or play.

No heels or experience needed—just bring your breath, your body, your knee pads and your desire to connect more deeply with yourself.

– Late attendees more than 10 minutes will not be admitted into class
