Dalton walks you through the technique and posture needed to ooze through your movement with control and intention. No rushing\, just pure\, dripping fluidity. \nHeels or socks are encouraged to get the most out of your lines and transitions. Comfort with basic low flow skills and floats is required. \n– Level: Beginner-Intermediate\n– Class length: 60–75 minutes\n– Live attendance is not required\n– Late attendees (more than 10 minutes) will not be admitted\n– A recording will be sent within 24 hours of class ending\n– Ticket price is per person.
